To Withdraw a Student<\/h2>\n

    \n
  • Parents\u00a0<\/strong>are requested to inform the school during the\u00a0pre-registration\u00a0<\/strong>process for the next year of their intent to\u00a0withdraw\u00a0<\/strong>their son\/daughter.<\/li>\n
  • If withdrawal is to occur during the school year, the following procedure has to be followed:\n
      \n
    • Parents have to fill out the\u00a0“Withdrawal Form”<\/strong>\u00a0taken from the Registrar\u2019s Office and return it back to the concerned head of school at least\u00a0two weeks prior<\/strong>\u00a0to the due date of withdrawal.<\/li>\n
    • The concerned head of school will notify the Registrar\u2019s Office of the departure date to check whether the student has any\u00a0pending\u00a0<\/strong>financial issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        • Exit\/transfer documents<\/strong>\u00a0will not be released until the student has completed the checkout process and has returned all the school\u2019s belongings. All tuition fees plus any other fees will have to be fully paid before exit documents are issued to the parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Withdrawal in the second semester (new registration for the second semester or upgrade) The previous refund policy shall apply.<br \/>b. In the event of withdrawal from the second semester, after payment of the total fees, only the second semester fees shall be refunded,<br \/>provided the administration is notified at least one month before the end of the first semester.<br \/>c.
